bob-sealeBob Seale, CPA, holds an Accountancy Degree from California Polytechnic University. Prior to managing a regional accounting and auditing practice, he was an auditor for Ernst. He was the first CPA in the History of Nevada to be elected Treasurer for the State (from 1990-1998), and served in the Nevada Legislature from 2004-2006. As Treasurer, Seale garnered a host of awards including the Nevada Taxpayers Association “Good Government of the Year” Award in 1998, and the Jesse Unruh Award for Outstanding Treasurer of the Year in 1999. He served as President of the National Association of State Treasurers in 1995.

Seale’s public accounting expereience includes auditing, taxation and accounting services, as well as managing a multiple-office CPA firm. His clients have come from almost every industry, including import/export, aviation, casinos, He heads up quality control systems for Seale and Beers.

bob-beersBob Beers, CPA earned a BS in Business Administration (Accounting major) with Distinction from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) in 1987. An alumnus of Laventhol & Horwath’s Las Vegas office, he was the Managing Partner of Wilson, Beers & Company from its inception in 1989 until it was acquired by a larger regional CPA firm in 2002. He was twice named to the Las Vegas Business Press “Top 40 Under 40″ during the late 90s. In 1999, Beers was elected to the Nevada State Legislature where he served six years in the Assembly and four years in the Senate, and in 2012 he was elected to the Las Vegas City Council. He has worked as a Chief Financial Officer for a radio broadcasting company, restaurant and liquor importer. In 2009, he was appointed by Nevada’s Governor as the accounting and finance expert on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Monorail Company to help guide the system through restructuring its’ debt in bankruptcy court. His volunteer activity includes membership on the UNLV Department of Accounting Advisory Board, Treasurer of the Tonopah Historic Mining Park Foundation, and the US Commission on Civil Rights Nevada Advisory Committee. During 2010, he became a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Beers’ public accounting experience includes SEC filings S-1, 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K and 20F, accounting for mergers and consolidations, as well as other related public filing communications. His clients represent a wide range of industries, including mining, manufacturing, development stage companies, construction, professional services, aquaculture, liquor importers, retail, pharmaceutical, bio-medical, software development, restaurants and others, for which he has provided audit, consulting, and acquisition due diligence. He is a Quickbooks Proadvisor and former Master Developer for Sage accounting software.


Charlie Roy, CPA graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Business Administration in 2009 and an MS in Accountancy in 2010 from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He began his accounting career at Seale & Beers, where he audited micro-cap companies in the oil & gas, retail, and alternative energy industries. In 2010, he took a position at Deloitte, where he broadened his experience in both audit and tax by participating in audits of larger companies, including some in the Fortune 500. In addition, he worked on federal and state tax compliance for large corporations, partnerships of varying sizes, and high net worth individuals. This work also included specialty consulting on the calculation of the Domestic Production Activities deduction, sales tax refund reviews, and tax provision preparation. Charlie returned to Seale and Beers in 2012 where he serves as the managing partner and engagement partner on a variety of audit clients.

allie-yiAllie Yi, CPA started her auditing career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2010. She started out in the Atlanta office working on various technology and manufacturing companies, and eventually ended up in Las Vegas to work on a Fortune 500 company. During her time at Deloitte she gained extensive experience in Auditing for PCAOB and AICPA companies, Internal Controls, and SEC Reporting. She attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated in May 2010 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. Allie joined Seale & Beers in January 2014 and in her spare time enjoys hiking, cycling, hanging out with her dog (Jang Gu) and catching up with the latest Kpop hits.
